Livelihoods Are In Danger
Every single day, misleading narratives are being used to undermine efforts that help businesses and communities grow. These attacks are not just an assault on DEI, but an attack on the fundamental rights of professionals to make an honest living without government interference.
The same voices that claim to champion free enterprise and limited government are now attempting to legislate which industries should survive and which should not. The government cannot deprive any of us of our livelihood. Period.
The attacks on DEI are not just an attack on our vocation, they are an attack on progress, economic mobility, and the belief that everyone deserves a fair chance to succeed.
Despite this, Global View Communications (GVC) will remain a viable and growing advisory practice, worthy of your trust while defending and advancing the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We are not discouraged. We know this is hard work and the efforts to eliminate DEI don’t erase disparities, it only makes it harder to address them.
We will continue doing the necessary work of ensuring opportunity and inclusion for all because we know a stronger, more equitable society benefits everyone.
DEI professionals are business strategists, HR leaders, educators, and entrepreneurs.
We help organizations navigate differences, build stronger teams, and ensure workplaces function at their best.
DEI is not about division, it’s about unity. We bring people together and create pathways for collaboration, growth, and success for all.
We invite others to stand with us in defending the right to do this work and the values that drive it forward.
Inclusion. It’s Worth It.
