Tracy Barac and I would like to thank all of you for following and supporting our VLOG So What’s The Deal.

When we started vlogging the big idea was to provide a platform that was an intersection of all things diversity equity inclusion and digital.

We think it’s time for all of us to start looking at DEI and digital strategically, not as a one off or disconnected from the full range of issues affecting our organizations and communities.

So starting in 2021 “So What’s The Deal” will become “The Consultant’s Notebook”

We’ll still be providing the same great thought provoking content, just with a new approach and theme.
